User Management
Overview
Depending on the user role, this page displays either:
- Personal user settings (for regular users).
- A full list of users (for administrators).
Viewing and Editing Personal User Data
Upon accessing the menu, the following fields are visible:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Login Name* | The username used for login (mandatory field). |
| Password | Always empty for security reasons. Only a new password can be entered. |
| Repeat Password | If a new password is entered, it must be repeated here for confirmation. |
| Email* | The email address used for password recovery and system notifications (mandatory field). |
Click “Save” to apply changes.
Viewing and Managing All User Accounts
User List
All users with access to EPS are listed.

| Username | The name used for login. |
| Role | The assigned user role. |
| The user’s email address. | |
| Action | - “Delete User”: Immediately removes user access. - “Edit User”: Opens the edit menu (see below). |
Editing User Data
| Field Name | Description |

| Login Name* | The username used for login (mandatory field). |
| Role | The user role, selected from a dropdown menu. |
Available Roles
- Administrator:
- Full access to the backend.
- Can create and edit users.
- User:
- Can edit settings under “Data Management”.
- Cannot modify users or access certain data processing menus.
- Read-Only User:
- Can view all settings under “Data Management”.
- Can use all “Admin Functions” checkers.

| Email address for system notifications (mandatory field). | |
| Tenant Access | Lists the available tenants in the cluster. Users can be granted access to specific tenants based on their role. |
| Backoffice Theme | Users can select a background color for the Backoffice interface. |
Click “Cancel” to discard changes or “Save” to apply them.
