Suggest Checker
Overview
The Suggest Checker allows users to enter a search term (or just the first few letters) to check the suggested results.
The results are divided into three categories:
- SearchTerm: Terms that users have already searched for.
- Category: Shop categories that match the input.
- Style: Relevant products that match the input.
SearchTerm (User Search Queries)
- Displays previously entered search terms.
- Clicking on a search term triggers a standard search for that term.
- The part of the query that matches the input is shown in bold.
- Additional information is displayed in parentheses:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Penalty | Higher values mean lower ranking (e.g., due to typo corrections). |
| Count | Number of times the term was searched in the last 30 days. |
| KPI-Score | A Business Intelligence (BI) score available only for highly searched terms. |
Sorting Order
Results are sorted by:
- Penalty (lower is better).
- Search count (higher is better).
- KPI-Score (only for certain terms).
