Backoffice Overview

The backoffice has a simple structure, with pages that differ only slightly in appearance and functionality. This makes navigation easy even after a short training period and allows for targeted content management.

Navigation

At the top, the menu items, additional functions, and the currently active tenant (shop) are displayed.

Menu ItemDescription
Data MaintenanceContains all functions for configuring settings and managing data.
Admin FunctionsDisplays different functions based on user permissions. Every user can access the “Checkers” to review search results, categories, styles (articles), and suggestions.
StatisticsDepending on permissions, users can access simple statistics such as all zero-result searches within a given period.
TenantDisplays the currently selected tenant. If multiple tenants exist, users can switch between them.
User Name (/FIRSTNAME/ /LASTNAME/)Displays the name of the logged-in user.
LogoutLogs the user out. It is recommended to log out after completing work.
