Paragraph External Script

The Drupal paragraph “External Script” is used to integrate external JavaScript-based applications into CMS pages. It allows editors to integrate external services directly into the frontend via the CMS without having to make technical adjustments to the template.

General

The CMS user integrates external applications via JavaScript using the EXTERNAL SCRIPT paragraph.

Work Steps

  1. Create a ContentType
  2. Insert the “External Script” paragraph
  3. Add external script

This paragraph is used to insert external JavaScript applications.

Info: Depending on the script type, a suitable key must be passed to the provider. Please note the information in brackets for the type!

General Tab

  • In the “Key” field: if an API key is required, enter it here
  • Dropdown “Type”: select the provider

Possible Scripts

  • SmartAssistant (with Advisor Code)
  • Sovendus - Standard (no API key required)
  • TrustedShops (with Api Key)
  • Zoovu script (with Advisor Id)
  • Zoovu script (complete URL - this must be entered as the key)
  • Küche & Co (with Journey)
  • Flixmedia (with Key/Descriptor)
  • squarelovin - Main Stream
  • squarelovin - Teaser Stream
